Warning: You should print a single sheet and make sure everything looks good and aligns properly before printing a batch.

Note: These seem to work better on Mozilla Firefox than on Chrome. I may update this too later to accommodate Chrome, but it's mainly built for my own use, so this is not a priority.

TO PRINT:

1. Fill out the front & back (It's pre-filled so you have something to start from if you want)
2. Click the button below (if print-preview does not pop up, then press ctrl + p)
3. Save as PDF (So you can print more copies later)
4. Open the PDF and print it (be sure to print double-sided!)
