Trump was deporting Venezuelans under the Alien Enemies Act (a law for use in wartime), in order to remove constitutionoally protected due-process rights from migrants. The deportations were challenged in court, and the judge ordered Trump not to deport the migrants while the legal battle proceeded, but Trump did so anyway. In addition, Trump sent these Venezuelans to a slave labor prison in El Salvador, a country run by a self-proclaimed Dictator.
Deporting migrants is not a fascist act. Defying court orders is a fascist act. Using wartime laws during peacetime is a fascist act. (Congress has not declared war, and only Congress can declare war) Sending Venezuelans to El Salvador (a country they're not from) to perform hard slave labor is a fascist act.
The issue here is not the political disagreement about how America should handle immigrants. The issue here is that the president of the United States is defying American law, and not allowing our legal system and democratic systems to work.
