Trump's 22nd Executive Order, Section 2 states "It is the policy of the United States to recognize two sexes, male and female."

Intersex people are born with mixed sexual characteristics, like a vagina and testes, or mixed chromosomes like XXY. An estimated 5.6 Million Americans are intersex. This Executive Order denies the existence of these people.

Transgender individuals are born with sex characteristics that do not match their gender identity, such as someone with a vagina and ovaries who lives as a man. Around 2.3 Million Americans are trans. This EO denies the existence of these people.

Being anti-trans is wrong, but it's not fascist. It is fascist for Trump to use the American Government to force his anti-trans perspective onto free-thinking Americans. It is fascist to use the force of law to erase the existence of trans and intersex people from the public sphere. Regardless what you believe about trans or intersex people (or how you might describe them), they do exist, and it is Fascist for the government to use the force of law to pretend otherwise.
